A Living
Album.
We are gathering
to remember it.
The music is not written.
It is received from the place of source
where it already lives.
It rises from the trees, the ocean, the birds,
the long, living breath of Costa Rica
moving through bodies willing to listen and remember.
Created in the field.
Held in sacred listening and reciprocity
with Mother Nature.
Vivian Rosenthal is a visionary artist, architect of sacred spaces, and founder of Frequency Breathwork. For more than a decade, she has guided thousands through therapeutic and shamanic breathwork journeys, composing a living orchestration of healing and transformation through breath, light, and consciousness.
Her voice is an act of devotion, a listening, a channeling, shaped by the lands that move through her, from the bush in Zambia to the jungles of Costa Rica to the waters of the Connecticut coastline. With a background in architecture and immersive design, Vivian works at the threshold where space, sound, and light become instruments of awakening.
Symphony of the Soul arises from her lifelong work at the intersection of breath, sound, ritual, and collective healing. Vivian collaborates with extraordinary musicians, vocalists, and orchestras who weave breathwork with original compositions and sacred songs, offering sonic landscapes that carry frequencies of oneness, compassion, and renewal. Together, breath and music become a living language that guides participants into non-ordinary states of consciousness and shared remembrance.
Manuel Obregón is a Costa Rican pianist, composer, and environmentalist whose work lives at the meeting point of music and the natural world.
Across more than twenty solo albums, Obregón has cultivated a sonic world he describes as a simbiosis, a living dialogue between human expression and the natural environment. His compositions weave the voices of rainforest, river, and ocean into the fabric of the piano, dissolving the boundary between musician and ecosystem. In his hands, sound becomes habitat. Music becomes place.
As founder of La Orquesta de la Papaya, La Orquesta del Río Infinito, and Papaya Music, he has helped shape a distinct musical voice for the region, inviting a deeper listening to the earth and its living rhythms.
A field opens within us,
as tone, as texture, as breath,
as something older than language
and yet deeply known.
What moves through these compositions
is light language brought into form,
a living transmission shaped through sound.
Woven throughout is the frequency of Noya Rao,
the Tree of Light, a consciousness of growth,
connection, and remembrance.
Like roots reaching deep into the crystalline grids of Gaia,
and branches extending toward the sun,
the music holds a vertical axis
between earth and cosmos, body and spirit.
Symphony of the Soul beckons us
into the remembrance of all that is,
and all that we are,
infinite beings of light.
A few years ago,
the Earth began to speak
to me and through me.
The ancient rock beings of Wyoming
called my name.
The baobab trees of Zambia
whispered their knowing.
Along the Connecticut shoreline,
where the trees meet the ocean,
the spirits of the land spoke through me.
In the verdant jungle of Costa Rica,
everything came alive.
These were the songs of the New Earth.
A living field of creation that emerges
when we listen through the heart.
This was the genesis of the album.
A breathwork journey in sound and consciousness,
born from a collaboration between
Vivian Rosenthal and Manuel Obregón
at Blue Spirit Retreat Center
in December 2025.
Over five nights,
music, breath, and deep listening unfolded.
The songs were not composed,
they were received.
A field was held
where frequency could rise
and light could emerge.
Together, Vivian and Manuel
wove a coherent, resonant field of love,
a living space of remembrance
where we returned to ourselves
as the divine creators we are.
We are nature
speaking to and through itself.
We invite you to support the creation of this breathwork album,
a living work of sound, spirit, and remembrance.
Each contributor is honored as a Producer,
your name woven into the fabric of what emerges,
held within the field of this music for years to come.
recording, producing, and distributing the album.
amount
with live music by Manuel Obregón.
The night the album first returns to the world.
Costa Rica is where the sounds of Gaia
fully awakened inside of me,
emanating from my being.
This album is an experiment in trust.
In surrender. In allowing something greater
to move through us.
If you feel something as you read this,
that is the music and breath already speaking to you.
It would be an honor to birth this breath album with you.
Music as medicine.
Creation as listening.
Reverence as practice.
A liminal work of ritual.
Part ceremony, part concert.
Defying categorization, Symphony of the Soul exists as a liminal work of ritual, coming fully alive when people gather to breathe, sing, and enter resonance together. Vivian collaborates with extraordinary musicians, vocalists, and orchestras who weave breathwork with original compositions and sacred songs, offering sonic landscapes that carry frequencies of oneness, compassion, and renewal.
Together, breath and music become a living language that guides participants into non-ordinary states of consciousness and shared remembrance.
an offering toward coherence, unity, and the remembrance of our shared humanity.
the breath of the ocean,
the breath of the earth herself.
Now is the time to remember
and awaken to the living
language of Gaia.
